The plethora of myths is with “Business Administration” as a subject in CSS & PMS. Many Candidates with BBA and MBA degrees are reluctant to choose this subject merely because they are specialization inone or two major branches of the subject. Since the revised syllabus of Business Administration for CSS comprises; Management, Marketing, HR Management, Fiancial Management, Operations and Supply Chain Management, the students think that they have to prepare at least five books if they want to score good marks in this subject as the syllabus for this subject is just too big and they would require a lot of time to prepare it. The truth is that “Business Administration” is one of the scoring subjects of CSS examination provided it is prepared well. This book has been written to meet the requirements of The CSS aspirants. I have made an attempt to compile all those topics which are part of CSS & PMS syllabi for Business Administration into one book so that the aspirants would spend less time searching for the relevant material and more on preparing it in a cost effective manner.
